As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO) , you ll be the face of one of India s most ambitious career success initiatives for IITians.

We re launching a nationwide initiative to help IITians and top engineers supercharge their careers through product-led and community-led growth, hands-on prep, real-world assessments, and more.

As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO) , youll take complete ownership of growth, traction, PMF, and student success at colleges in the region assigned. You ll work directly with NxtWave s founding team , define the GTM playbook, build grassroots distribution, and create tangible outcomes for students.

Crack GTM : end-to-end student acquisition, activation, and engagement

Validate and refine Product-Market Fit on-ground

Build scalable distribution via student ambassadors, events, and campus communities

Drive product-led and community-led growth initiatives across batches

Capture and relay on-ground insights to shape product direction

Ensure measurable outcomes: placements, internships, hackathon wins
