Growth Manager

As a Growth Manager at Wayvida, your role involves leading and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various performance channels such as search, social, email, and referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on acquiring and nurturing learners, educators, or institutions in the EdTech vertical through webinars, demos, and conversion funnels - Implement product-led growth strategies in the SaaS vertical by optimizing onboarding, user journeys, and feature adoption - Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user feedback analysis - Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives - Monitor and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvements - Identify and execute lifecycle marketing and re-engagement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer LTV - Explore and test new growth opportunities across emerging channels, partnerships, and distribution models - Own growth KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership with data-backed strategies and execution plans Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus - 5-7 years of proven experience in a growth, product, or performance marketing role, preferably in EdTech or SaaS In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of Wayvida through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making.,
