📢 We’re Hiring: Growth Manager – eCommerce & Performance Marketing (Gurgaon | On-Site)

data-driven and high–ownership eCommerce Growth Manager


ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR


🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Lead performance marketing across Marketplaces & Quick Commerce
  • Own media planning, budgeting & channel-wise growth strategies
  • Run and optimize campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads & QC platforms
  • Drive A/B testing, listing hygiene, and funnel improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Category, Creative & Sales teams
  • Track and report key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV, TACOS

💼 Experience Required

  • 4–6 years

    in eCommerce performance marketing / marketplace growth
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid media across marketplaces
  • Background with

    D2C brands or marketplace-focused growth roles
