Growth Manager

Role Overview: As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to enhance brand visibility and online presence. You will manage various marketing initiatives including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid ads. Additionally, you will drive and monitor the social media strategy, content, and engagement metrics to optimize the company's online presence. Collaboration across teams will be essential to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance brand visibility and online presence - Manage marketing initiatives including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid ads - Drive and monitor social media strategy, content, and engagement metrics - Maintain and optimize the company website for marketing performance and user experience - Generate and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to support sales objectives - Build and maintain brand documentation, marketing materials, and case studies - Collaborate across teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals Qualifications Required: - 4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing - Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, analytics, and conversion optimization - Familiarity with marketing tools such as Zoho Campaigns, SendGrid, SEMrush, or similar - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills - Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or B2B technology domains preferred Additional Details: The company offers sector leadership opportunities where you can influence the direction of the cybersecurity industry and contribute to critical client missions.
