🎯 Mission of the Senior Growth Manager Role

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own & Scale Growth Playbook:

    Design, test, and scale onboarding and engagement strategies tailored to different student cohorts across top engineering colleges.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams:

    Manage and mentor a team of 8–12 junior growth managers, campus ambassadors, and interns. Drive execution with clear KPIs, process hygiene, and reporting discipline.
  • Drive Full-Funnel Outcomes:

    Own the entire student journey — from first touchpoint to engagement, certification, and internship/job conversions. Ensure measurable impact on skill outcomes and placements.
  • Data-Driven Iteration:

    Monitor performance and student behavior; use data and on-ground insights to continuously optimize strategies for onboarding, retention, and conversions.
  • Plan & Execute Lead Gen + Engagement Activities:

    Conceptualize, plan, and lead end-to-end execution of high-impact lead generation and engagement campaigns — both online (e.g., live sessions, contests, community challenges) and on-campus (e.g., club partnerships, hackathons, speaker sessions).
  • Onboard mentors and industry experts

    for live sessions, workshops, and 1:1 mentoring to enrich student learning and career prep.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver a seamless and inspiring user experience.

Your performance will be measured by:

  • % of student onboarding and activation across assigned campuses
  • Weekly and monthly active user growth
  • Quality, consistency, and volume of user-generated content (UGC) driven across student communities and platforms
  • Leadership effectiveness: team performance, culture, and morale
  • Innovation and execution of onboarding and growth strategies
  • Quality and clarity of product feedback based on student insights


🧩 What You'll Work With

  • Strategic ownership of

    assigned colleges/regions

  • A team of

    growth managers and campus ambassadors

  • Internal tools for engagement tracking, reporting, funnel analytics
  • Product teams building assessments and tech tracks
  • Marketing and creative support for regional/national campaigns
  • Access to past performance data, user feedback, and growth templates


🔍 What We're Looking For

📌 Team Leadership & Target Ownership

  • Proven ability to

    lead and motivate a team of 8–12 people

  • Can

    delegate, coach, and and ensure outcomes

    from the team effectively
  • Clear track record of

    achieving targets under pressure


Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years in business development, growth, or community building
  • Experience in edtech, early-stage startup, or community-led roles is a plus
  • Leadership experience managing team members or campus teams
