Growth Manager

Locations: Ahmedabad & Mumbai (on-ground)

Comp: ₹20,000/month fixed + 10% commission on every sale you close (uncapped)

We’re launching all dip SKUs in November to hit a big December revenue push across Ahmedabad & Mumbai. If you can sell, hustle, and run point with local businesses & colleges, this role is yours.

What you’ll own (end-to-end)

• Backpack – City Takeovers: Pitch, negotiate, and close 1–2 brand takeovers per city (1–4 week packages, priced in lakhs).

• Business Listings: Onboard PGs/hostels/cafés/agencies at ₹199/₹349 per listing (high-velocity volume).

• B2B Subscriptions: Convert listed businesses to ₹999/₹1,999 monthly plans (leads + competitor analysis).

• Promotions: Sell three-tier promos for Events and Banners (₹199/₹349/₹999).

• Admin for Colleges: Close institutional deals for ₹1.5L/year (daily updates & comms board).

• Pipeline & Ops: Build lead lists, run WhatsApp/field pitches, schedule promos, and handoff assets to the ops team.

December targets you’re hired to hit

• 700 paid listings live

• 120 active B2B subscriptions

• ≥360 promos scheduled (events + banners)

• 2 Backpack takeovers closed (across both cities)

• 2 Admin deals signed (annual)

Why this is worth it (realistic take-home math)

• Commission is 10% on every rupee you close (paid on collected invoices).

• Example: close one 2-week Backpack (~₹4.25L) → ₹42,500 commission.

• Add listings + subs + promos (~₹2–4L more) → ₹20–40k commission.

• Conservative month: ₹20k base + ₹40–60k commission = ₹60–80k.

• Strong month: ₹20k base + ₹80k–₹1.2L commission = ₹1.0–1.4L.

You’ll be great at this if…

• 0–3 years in sales / campus partnerships / brand activations.

• You’re comfortable doing on-ground visits (PGs, cafés, admin offices), calls, and rapid follow-ups.

• You speak English + Hindi (Gujarati/Marathi a bonus).

• You live in Ahmedabad or Mumbai (or can relocate fast).

• You love measurables: daily targets, clean funnels, crisp reporting.

WhatsApp + Telephony scripts, Sheets/CRM, rate cards, one-pager decks, and a tight ops calendar for ad inventory & deliverables.

Compensation & Terms

- Fixed: ₹20,000/month

- Commission: 10% on every sale you close (Backpack, listings, subs, promos, Admin) — uncapped; paid on collections in the next payout cycle.

- Schedule: 6 days/week, on-ground heavy (field + calls). Immediate start.
