We’re now on a mission to scale to $10M in revenue by 2026 and are looking for an ambitious Growth Manager to be part of this growth journey.


Role Overview

As a Growth Manager at Flexiple, you’ll own account growth end-to-end — from landing new accounts and executing roles, to retaining revenue and expanding existing relationships. You will work closely with clients, internal ops, talent, and leadership to ensure strong delivery, healthy accounts, and consistent expansion. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable with execution, client conversations, and commercial ownership.

You’ll be responsible for making accounts work, grow, and compound over time.


What You’ll Do


Account Landing & Delivery Execution

a. Lead role intake and alignment conversations to deeply understand client requirements.

b. Ensure roles are correctly set up across Pipedrive and internal systems.

c. Drive disciplined execution across sourcing, vetting, and interview coordination.

d. Ensure candidate pipelines are delivered quickly using AI-driven sourcing and clear evaluation frameworks.

e. Track aging roles and unblock delivery issues in collaboration with Ops and Talent teams.


Agreement & Compliance Ownership

a. Own agreement workflows for FTE and Contractor engagements, including:

b. Success fees, replacements, and profile validity (FTE)

c. C2H terms, SOWs, terminations, BGV, and IP rights (Contractors)

d. Review agreements with high attention to detail and flag risks early.

e. Ask sharp, contextual questions to clients where scope or expectations are unclear.


Revenue Collection & Retention

a. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing by coordinating across Pipedrive, Google Sheets, and internal teams.

b. Drive follow-ups on outstanding invoices and unblock issues with multiple client POCs.

c. Review talent feedback and proactively address retention risks.

d. Prepare and share regular account health and performance reports.


Account Expansion & Growth

a. Drive conversations around future hiring plans and expansion opportunities.

b. Cross-sell relevant Flexiple offerings based on client needs and account potential.

c. Enable referrals, testimonials, and expansion into other teams or portfolio companies.

d. Build strong, multi-level relationships across HR, Finance, Hiring Managers, and Leadership.


Stakeholder & Operations Management

a. Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure clean execution and clear ownership.

b. Track Senior OM inputs and ensure risks and challenges are surfaced early.

c. Ensure talent personas, sourcing strategies, and evaluation frameworks are defined and followed.


Who Are You?


Experience

a. 1 to 4 years of experience in client-facing, engagement, account management, or operations roles within a services-led business.

b. Experience in Staffing & Recruiting, IT Services / Consulting, SaaS, HR Tech, Advertising / Media Agencies, or B2B Startups.

c. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and multiple accounts simultaneously.


Skills & Competencies

a. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

b. Ability to build sticky client relationships and get things done.

c. Strong process discipline with comfort handling agreements and compliance.

d. Good with numbers and able to make data-backed decisions.

e. High attention to detail, especially around roles, SOWs, and commercial terms.

f. Persistent, thick-skinned, and outcome-oriented.

g. People-person who can build rapport and remember client context.


Preferred

a. Experience working with non-Indian / global customers.

b. Experience at early-stage startups (less than 50 employees).
