Growth Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and a growth mindset to scale our product and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth strategies to increase users, revenue, and brand reach
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to run growth experiments
• Manage and optimize paid & organic marketing channels (SEO, social media, ads, referrals, etc.)
• Improve user onboarding, activation, and retention strategies
• Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn
• Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments
• Identify new growth channels and partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Growth Manager / Growth Marketer
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance tracking
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
