Job Description

Position: Growth Manager

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: 6 days

Experience Required: 3-6 years

Client: D2C Brand in health and wellness industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end growth of the D2C business, including revenue, profitability, and unit economics.
Responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets for the brand website.
Manage digital acquisition, performance marketing, and channel efficiency across paid, affiliate, and influencer channels.
Lead retention, CRM, and lifecycle strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and loyalty/referral programs.
Own CRO, run A/B experiments, improve website/landing page funnels, and work with tech/design for UX upgrades.
Monitor customer experience, logistics, cancellations/RTO reduction, and collaborate with CX teams.
Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyse performance data, and drive decision-making through insights.

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, or consumer internet brands.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, retention, analytics, and CRO.
Hands-on experience with tools like Shopify, WebEngage, GA4, and ad platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with cross-functional execution skills.
Comfortable owning P&L outcomes and working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
