Marketing Intern

As a Marketing & Communications Intern at ByteCitadel, you will play a crucial role in reshaping college life through dip, the flagship platform designed to bring community, expression, and discovery to students across India. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our Campus Ambassador Program and provide support to the production team on ad shoot days. Your key responsibilities will include: College Outreach: - Building a channel for scaling colleges using existing leads - Finding innovative ways to expand outreach within individual colleges - Collecting regular feedback and reports from users - Maintaining effective communication channels with college users Student Ambassador Program: - Identifying and onboarding student ambassadors from active colleges - Ensuring regular communication and supporting outreach efforts - Tracking progress, motivating engagement, and maintaining consistent brand visibility on campuses Campaign & Shoot Coordination: - Assisting with Dip ad shoots by coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution - All shoot activities will be scheduled within your working hours We are looking for a candidate who: - Is a natural communicator with a keen eye for detail - Has a genuine interest in campus culture and understands student preferences - Can manage outreach remotely and actively contribute to creative campaigns - Is flexible, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities effectively In return, you will receive a monthly stipend of 8,000-10,000, which includes a 1,000 travel allowance. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, access mentorship, and opportunities for learning in marketing & production. Upon successful completion, you will also receive a certificate.
