Role Description

We need a hands-on marketing executive who can take full ownership of three priorities: growing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and keeping our WordPress site fresh with persuasive copy. Most of this will revolve around social media, email campaigns, and ongoing website optimisation.

On social, the immediate focus is Facebook and LinkedIn. I’ll rely on you to map out a content calendar, create or brief creative assets, schedule posts, and track performance so we can see tangible reach and engagement gains month over month.

For email, I want a regular cadence of lead-nurture campaigns—welcome series, product spotlights, and occasional promotions—written, designed, segmented, and reported on so we understand open rates, clicks, and pipeline contribution.

Our WordPress site is the hub. You’ll keep pages updated, polish headlines and body copy for clarity and SEO, and propose new landing pages where you see conversion opportunities. Light page-build experience in Gutenberg or Elementor is useful, but what matters most is sharp copy that converts.

Key deliverables

• 1-month content calendar for Facebook & LinkedIn, with accompanying copy and asset briefs  

• Two email campaigns per month, fully built and scheduled  

• Ongoing WordPress copy updates and at least one new landing page draft each month  

• End-of-month report covering social, email, and site performance with clear next steps

I’ll provide brand guidelines, existing creative, and access to our Mailchimp, WordPress, and social accounts. If you have questions about audience personas or tone, I’m available to clarify. Let’s create measurable momentum from day one.

Salary

We will offer 3 months paid internship for 10k per month.
