The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, emphasizing quality, safety, and innovation in every product. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving brand awareness, and generating leads to achieve business growth. You will play a key role in both acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials and support product launches. Track and report on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles (2+ years preferred). Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
