Qualifications Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Ability to build rapport with clients and possess customer service-oriented skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications such as MS Office. Organizational and data management skills for maintaining accurate customer records. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform in a remote work environment. Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer-facing roles is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous.
