Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company’s services, and answering customer inquiries. The Telecaller will also maintain records of customer interactions, provide excellent customer support, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.

Qualifications

Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to build rapport with clients and possess customer service-oriented skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications such as MS Office.
Organizational and data management skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform in a remote work environment.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer-facing roles is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous.
