Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, and conducting regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, training clients on products or services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively engage with clients and maintain strong relationships
Experience in Training and knowledge-sharing to educate team members or clients on product features and benefits
Motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and associated sales practices is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered
Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive actionable insights
