Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's telecommunications products and services. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and conducting training to align team performance with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Customer service and relationship management experience to address client needs and ensure satisfaction Proven expertise in sales and sales management, including achieving sales targets and developing creative selling strategies Ability to conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Proficiency in analyzing market trends to drive successful marketing initiatives Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
