Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving sales and building strong client relationships. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurgaon and involves managing sales processes, implementing effective marketing strategies, and collaborating with the team to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include establishing client connections, providing outstanding customer service, implementing sales training, and managing sales efforts to meet targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Ability to conduct and participate in comprehensive Training programs to strengthen team capabilities.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience in the gifting or promotional products industry is advantageous.
