Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves daily responsibilities such as identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies to support business growth. Additional duties include training and guiding team members, preparing reports and analytics, and working closely with other departments to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to develop and close deals effectively

• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to maintain a capable and motivated workforce
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills to achieve sales and marketing goals
