Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chennai, with the option for partial remote work. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to identify their needs, managing and executing sales strategies, supporting customer acquisition efforts, conducting sales training, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive growth for the platform. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth Experience in delivering engaging Training sessions to support team development Strategic thinking abilities to collaborate effectively on marketing initiatives Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs Self-motivation and adaptability for a hybrid work environment Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or industrial sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
