Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and converting potential leads, managing customer relationships, and implementing targeted sales initiatives. Additionally, this position entails training potential sales teams and analyzing market trends to optimize outreach and strengthen brand presence. Strong communication with stakeholders and consistent performance tracking are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including creating strategies and achieving goals.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver Training sessions for sales teams, promoting skill development and team cohesion.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is preferred.
• Ability to meet targets, work collaboratively, and demonstrate a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
