We’re looking for curious, motivated freshers who want hands-on exposure to how marketing and social media actually work in a creative agency environment.

What you’ll work on:

• Assisting in managing social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Writing captions, content copies, and basic marketing communication
• Supporting client handling: understanding briefs, sharing updates, and coordinating internally
• Tracking content performance and learning how to read basic insights
• Working closely with designers to bring content ideas to life
• Helping with research on trends, competitors, and content ideas

What we’re looking for:

• Strong written and verbal

  communication skills

• Interest in

  social media, content, and digital marketing

• Basic

  content writing

  skills (or a willingness to learn)
• Confidence to communicate with team members and clients
• Attention to detail and willingness to take feedback
