Marketing Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our real estate marketing activities, including digital promotions, lead generation campaigns, site marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate marketing and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate projects
• Support digital marketing activities (social media posts, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers)
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups and campaign responses
• Help in creating marketing collaterals (brochures, creatives, presentations)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support site marketing activities (events, hoardings, walk-in management)
• Maintain lead data and marketing reports

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Marketing / Mass Communication
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts
• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva (preferred)
