Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals. Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads). Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team for campaigns. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Assist in running paid ad campaigns and coordinating with the digital marketing team. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in managing brand/company social media accounts. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite (optional). Analytical mindset with experience in using insights and analytics tools. Basic knowledge of social media advertising is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
