Role Description:

Social Media Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit

  reels, videos, and short-form content

  for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design

  posts, stories, thumbnails, and creatives

  using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Work on basic motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound syncing.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio tracks, and editing styles.
• Manage timely delivery of creatives for client and internal projects.
• Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars.

Required Skills & Tools:

Must be comfortable working with:

• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut / VN or similar mobile editing apps

Plus:

• Strong visual sense & creativity
• Understanding of social media formats and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Eligibility:

• Experience:

  0–2 years

  in social media design, editing, or content creation.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must have a portfolio/reel showcasing previous work (even academic or freelance projects)
