As we enter in the growth phase, we are expanding our team to strengthen our digital presence, and we are looking for a creative and committed Social Media Assistant to help shape, elevate and amplify how our brand shows up online.

What you will do:

• Create visually stunning content (images, reels, videos, and stories) aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and ethos.
• Develop and execute a content strategy for platforms like Instagram and YouTube aligning with the brand values and growth goals.
• Edit high-quality photos and videos of completed projects, design processes, and client testimonials.
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts to ensure a consistent and engaging presence.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with followers, clients, and collaborators by responding to comments and messages.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the brand's digital footprint.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience with D2C skincare, beauty or luxury consumer brands
• Skilled in video editing and design tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Figma andCanva
• Comfortable using AI tools like LumaLabs, ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI Tools as part of the workflow to genetae
• Someone who understands Instagram deeply and can design carousels, reels, stories and posts
• Strong communication and writing skills
