Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for property management, lease administration, and overseeing commercial real estate transactions. Daily tasks include managing leases, coordinating with property owners and tenants, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The Real Estate Manager will also develop and implement strategies for efficient property utilization and tenant satisfaction.
