Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growing real estate company as a Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher who is passionate about real estate, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to kickstart their career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs
• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Participate in promotional activities and real estate exhibitions
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
• Support the sales team during client meetings and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Maintain client database and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market (a plus but not mandatory)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
