Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Manager role located in Coimbatore. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management operations, including lease administration, tenant relations, and day-to-day real estate management. Responsibilities include managing commercial and residential real estate properties, negotiating lease terms, ensuring compliance with local property laws, and making sure the properties are running efficiently and sustainably. Qualifications Experience in Property Management and overseeing operations of properties Knowledge and expertise in Lease Administration and managing Leases Familiarity with Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate processes Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Understanding of environmental and sustainable development standards is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
