Roles And Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and online platforms. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end assistance during the property buying/selling process. Conduct client meetings and site visits to showcase property features and benefits. Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options based on budget and preferences. Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closures. Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Handle post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
