Job Title: Business Development Executive – Real Estate (Freshers)

Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida (Nearest Metro Station: Noida Sec-137)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives up to ₹20,000

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Experienced person to join our team as Business Development Executives in the Real Estate sector. This is a great opportunity to build a strong career in sales and client relations with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience in sales/BD preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
