Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Manager with at least 3 years of experience in real estate who can effectively manage the entire floor staff and also contribute to sales.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of motivating the team and ensuring smooth operations while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage floor employees to ensure discipline, productivity, and professionalism.
• Handle day-to-day floor operations, team coordination, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, attend meetings, and close sales.
• Motivate and mentor the team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent client service.
• Report regularly to management regarding floor activities, employee performance, and sales updates.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Floor Management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of handling sales and closing deals.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.

Salary

- Salary is open and negotiable – as per candidate’s expectations.
