Role Overview

Go-to-Market (GTM) Marketer with an Outbound Focus

You will work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and revenue operations teams to orchestrate campaigns targeting high-value accounts and accelerate adoption of new products and market segments.


Key Responsibilities

Outbound GTM Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, direct mail, paid retargeting) to drive awareness and pipeline from target accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and RevOps to build

    AI-augmented account-based marketing (ABM) programs

    .
  • Launch data-driven prospecting sequences that combine personalization at scale with automated outreach cadences.


AI-Driven Automation & SDR Enablement

  • Implement and manage

    AI-native automation platforms

    such as

    Clay, Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and similar tools

    to orchestrate complex outbound workflows.
  • Build

    AI SDR systems and playbooks

    to automate prospect list building, enrichment, lead routing, messaging personalization, and outreach triggers.
  • Continuously experiment with new AI workflows (OpenAI, GPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to enhance outbound velocity and quality.


ICP Targeting & Market Segmentation

  • Define and prioritize ICPs, buyer personas, and target market segments for outbound programs.
  • Build high-quality prospect databases by leveraging enrichment tools, intent data, and firmographic/technographic insights.
  • Monitor campaign data to refine targeting and drive higher engagement.


Messaging & Content Development

  • Craft compelling outbound messaging frameworks, value propositions, and campaign creative tailored by persona, industry, and buyer stage.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to translate technical features into clear business outcomes for outbound campaigns.


Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Set KPIs and dashboards for outbound campaign performance (opens, replies, meetings booked, pipeline created).
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, offers, subject lines, and automation sequences to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on ROI, conversion funnels, and market penetration metrics.


Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, with strong experience in outbound demand generation and GTM launches
  • Proven track record of building and executing outbound campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with

    AI-native automation platforms (Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)

  • Experience designing and running

    AI SDR systems, workflows, and playbooks

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemist, Clearbit, etc.)
  • Exceptional campaign planning, project management, and copywriting skills
  • Strong data-driven mindset and ability to analyze funnel performance metrics


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience building outbound GTM motions in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Knowledge of intent data platforms, enrichment APIs, and lead scoring systems
  • Understanding of compliance considerations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) for automated outreach
  • Familiarity with AI content generation tools (OpenAI, Jasper, Copy.ai) for campaign scaling


Success Metrics

  • Pipeline generated and revenue influenced from outbound campaigns
  • Response and meeting-booked rates from AI SDR workflows
  • Increase in market penetration and brand visibility across target verticals
  • Reduced time-to-market for outbound GTM campaigns through automation efficiency
