About the Role

Manager – FP&A & MIS

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Financial Reporting:
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability. Reconcile actuals vs. forecasts, perform variance analysis, and present insights to management.
Budgeting & Cost Monitoring:
Assist in preparing budgets, track performance against plan, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Accounts & Finance Optimization:
Strengthen AP/AR processes, ensure accurate reconciliations, and enhance internal financial controls.
Cash Flow Management:
Track and forecast project-wise cash flows, manage vendor payments, and improve expense efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to IND-AS, IFRS, and audit requirements.
Automation & Systems:
Drive ERP and Power BI-based reporting automation and visualization initiatives.
Business Insights:
Deliver meaningful financial KPIs, trend analyses, and models to guide business decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong command over Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).
Deep understanding of MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Sound knowledge of financial regulations (IND-AS, IFRS).
Analytical mindset with precision and problem-solving capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
