HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions within the Wealth Management and BFSI domains.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and internal databases.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis to assess candidates’ technical, functional, and behavioral alignment with the role.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Use data-driven insights to support gap analysis and workforce planning initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication and timely feedback.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and analytics for smarter candidate shortlisting and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within BFSI or Wealth Management.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with fit/gap analysis techniques.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Exposure to AI-based recruitment tools will be an added advantage.
