Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, which includes sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, providing training, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves communicating effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Training best practices and employee onboarding
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
