About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to evaluate and refine AI-generated hiring workflows, role descriptions, and candidate assessments. You will guide the AI in understanding modern recruitment practices, ensuring it produces accurate, structured, and effective hiring-related outputs.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated job descriptions and recruitment content.
• Assess interview frameworks and hiring recommendations.
• Identify gaps in role clarity, evaluation criteria, and hiring logic.
• Provide feedback to strengthen AI understanding of recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of hiring workflows and role mapping.
• Ability to assess job suitability and clarity.
