Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in Varanasi who will handle end-to-end hiring activities for the organization.

The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure we attract and hire the best talent
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local networks
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various ongoing and upcoming roles
Post job openings across multiple platforms to maximize reach in the Varanasi region and beyond
Screening & Selection
Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
Conduct telephonic and video screenings to evaluate suitability and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling
Hiring Coordination
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support in salary discussions, negotiations, and offer rollouts
Facilitate onboarding coordination with the HR team
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Share regular updates on recruitment status and challenges
Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and salary expectations in the Varanasi region
