Role Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Responsibilities include sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and onboarding new hires. The Recruitment Specialist will also be involved in training initiatives to support employee development and ensure a smooth integration of new team members into the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with experience in sourcing and filling diverse roles.
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment to identify top talent.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and candidate interaction.
• Experience in Training and onboarding to support new employees' integration and development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
