Should have experience of recruitment in a consulting firm.
Identify right candidates and carry out end to end recruitment process.
Do the joining formalities and make offer letter, release letter, appointment letter.
Update daily MIS Report as per Management requirement.
Growth prospective would depend on development of skill towards maintaining strong human pool and actively involved in HR related issues and appraisal.
