Recruitment Specialist

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist at Multi Decor India Pvt. Ltd. (MDIPL), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad will require you to work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, maintain applicant databases, and organize training sessions. Your role will focus on implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements - Maintain applicant databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records - Organize and facilitate training sessions to support new hires and employee development - Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent for the organization Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in hiring and recruiting processes, with experience in sourcing and selecting top talent - Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and team members - Experience in organizing and facilitating training programs to support new hires and employee development - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred - Prior experience in recruitment for the prefabrication or construction industry is a plus,
