Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Kochi. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and hiring suitable talent, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. The role also involves developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in training initiatives and continuous candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Training initiatives and processes
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR consulting is a plus.
