Public Administration Faculty – UPSC (Optional Subject) We are looking for an experienced and passionate Public Administration Faculty to teach and mentor aspirants for the UPSC Civil Services Examination (Optional Paper I & II). The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the subject, a strong command over UPSC exam trends, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding. Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver structured lectures covering the entire Public Administration syllabus as per the UPSC exam pattern. Develop high-quality study material, notes, and test series. Conduct regular answer writing sessions, evaluate scripts, and provide feedback. Stay updated with changing trends in UPSC questions and adjust content delivery accordingly. Guide students in interlinking theory with current affairs. Mentor and support students throughout their preparation journey. Requirements: Postgraduate (MA/MPhil/PhD) in Public Administration or allied fields. Prior experience in teaching UPSC aspirants is highly prefered. Immediate joiners are most welcome.
