Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Recruiter based in Noida and Delhi. Tele-Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining candidate databases. Daily tasks include contacting potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews.

Qualifications

Proficiency in managing recruitment pipelines and candidate databases
Basic awareness of digital marketing and proficiency in using social media platforms.
Ability to work independently, meetdeadliness.
Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or equivalent roles
Proficiency in using telecommunication and recruitment tools, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
