Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Recruiter, located in West Delhi. The Tele-Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Tele-Recruiter will also assist in developing recruitment strategies and managing job postings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
• Strong skills in conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews
• Experience in maintaining candidate databases and utilizing recruitment software
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand recruitment needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with developing recruitment strategies and managing job postings
• Based in West Delhi or willing to relocate to West Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in recruitment or similar role is an advantage
