Overview

As a

Unit Manager

in the Agency Channel, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team ofinsurance agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will play a pivotal role inrecruiting, training, and motivating agents to deliver exceptional results while ensuring compliance with

Company Policies And Regulatory Requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and maximize

productivity.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to agents to help them excel in their roles and develop

Their Skills.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous
improvement.
  • Set ambitious sales targets for the team and monitor performance against these targets, taking

corrective actions as necessary.

  • Foster strong relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for
cross-selling and upselling.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the product knowledge, sales skills,
and professionalism of agents.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks and
uphold the company's reputation.
  • Monitor agents' adherence to ethical standards, sales practices, and code of conduct, taking
appropriate action in case of violations.
  • Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess compliance levels and implement corrective
measures as needed.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales
strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales achievements, market trends, and
competitive landscape to senior management.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, with a proven track
record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
diverse stakeholders.
