The Banking Executive Back-End Home Loan Processing is responsible for handling the end-to-end backend operations of home loan applications. The role involves document verification, data entry, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines. Accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to process for this role.
Receive and review home loan applications and supporting documents
Verify KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, income proofs, property papers, and bank statements
Perform data entry and validation in the bank’s loan processing systems (LMS)
Check application details for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, technical, and disbursal teams
Track application status from login to sanction and disbursal
Resolve discrepancies and follow up for missing or additional documents
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal banking policies
Maintain proper records, MIS reports, and documentation
Support audits and internal quality checks
Strong knowledge of home loan processing and documentation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of KYC, credit norms, and compliance
Good coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and banking software systems
Ability to handle volume processing within timelines
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Banking, or Finance preferred)
