Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter at HRQuadrant in Kochi. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting talent
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
• Experience in using recruitment software and tools
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications in Recruitment or HR Management are a plus
