Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring needs: Work with hiring managers to define & / understand job requirements, skills, and experience with budget/cost.
  • Source candidates: Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking to find candidates.
  • Screen applicants: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and assess fit.
  • Coordinate interviews: Schedule and manage interview processes between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Evaluate candidates: Gather interview feedback and help make hiring decisions.
  • Offer management: Prepare & understand offers, understand each component breakup in salary, negotiate salary/benefits, and manage acceptance.
  • Candidate experience: Communicate clearly and maintain a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Compliance: Ensure hiring practices follow labour laws and company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
