Role Description

iTech Ecommerce is seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist for its on-site office based in Noida. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the hiring process to identify, interview, and onboard top talent. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, sourcing and attracting candidates across various platforms, and assessing their alignment with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and developing recruitment strategies
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills to identify qualified candidates effectively
• Experience in Training and onboarding new employees
• Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and manage multiple hiring processes efficiently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
