Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal details, attendance, leaves, payroll data, etc.) in HR software and internal systems. Coordinate with employees regarding benefits (e.g., insurance, bonuses, other perks) and ensure smooth processing.
